The cleanliness could’ve been improved!!! Multiple maintenance issues like a malfunctioning fridge, a loud air conditioning unit, and a burned-out light detracted from my comfort and enjoyment!!! The restaurant's pricing and low quality left me disappointed!!!

I had a decent time at Courtyard in Portage. The room layout was unique, with a cozy nook for the sofa bed that my kids found comfortable. She genuinely cared and offered great local dining suggestions. The hotel had a lovely vibe, and the common areas were inviting and well-kept. I enjoyed the fitness center—it had modern machines and was surprisingly spacious. On the downside, the noise from the air conditioning unit disrupted my sleep. Also, the fridge didn’t work properly, and I found the room layout a bit quirky with the bed tucked into a corner. Dining in the lobby was overpriced for the quality—breakfast for two sandwiches and drinks was about $30, which felt excessive. Although the location was fantastic, surrounded by lots of restaurants, these issues impacted my overall enjoyment.
